Blood Collecting Process
Method of blood specimen collecting:
  • Plug the needle of tube-puncture side into holder
  • Tie tourniquet to the arm of patient, sterile and venous puncture.
  • Then push blood collection tube from correct right direction to the tube - puncture of multiple sample needle, blood flows into tube automatically and now loosen tourniquet.
  • If collect one specimen, pull needle out of vein after blood stop flowing, and then stanch.
  • Take off blood collection tube, and throw the used multiple sample needle into special needle collection container.
ATTENTION
  • The quantity of blood drawn varies with the altitude, ambient, temperature, barometric pressure, tube age, venous pressure and filling technique.
  • Use gloves, gowns eye protection and other personal protective equipment to protect from blood splatter, leakage and potential exposure of blood borne pathogens.
  • Store tubes at Room Temperature.
  • Overfilling or under filling of tubes will result in an incorrect blood-to-addictive ratio and may lead to incorrect analytic results or poor product performance.
  • For proper additive performance, invert tubes 5 - 8 times lightly. DO NOT SHAKE!
